Parsley Moss – Growing Instructions
- Soak the seed for 1 hour in room temperature water.
- Sow the seeds directly onto a moistened growing medium.
- Cover the seeds and lightly mist with water.
- Place the seeded tray into a second tray without drainage holes. This will allow you to bottom water the tray.
- Cover with another tray on top to stop light getting in. Then place a weight inside to encourage the roots to grow down and to help the seeds make good contact with the growing medium.
- Leave the seeds undisturbed for 2 days, there will be enough moisture in the tray for the seedlings. If more water is added, then it increases the chance of mould growing.
- On day 2-3, check the seeds to see if they’ve germinated. If the soil is dry, then water from the bottom or mist.
