Fenugreek organic microgreens produce tender, rounded leaves on pale, juicy stems. These aromatic leaves have a spiced, peppery taste that is ideal for adding to salads, and a variety of hot dishes. With a strong flavour, it is recommended to use only a little at a time. Full of nutrients, Fenugreek provides vitamins A, B, C, D, E and K.

Our microgreen and sprouting seeds are untreated, non-GMO, and have undergone rigorous laboratory testing for pathogens.

Growing Instructions

Soak the seed for 6-8 hours before rinsing and draining.
Sow your seeds directly onto a moistened growing medium and lightly mist the seeds with water.
Place the seeded tray into a second tray without drainage holes. This will allow you to bottom water the tray.
Cover with a lid or another tray and lightly mist as needed.
After 3-5 days, remove the cover and place in a well-lit location.
When watering the seedlings, keep using the bottom tray.
Harvest between 9-10 days or when the seedlings are 12-15cm tall. Cut the stems above the soil line with a knife or scissors.
