Growing Instructions

1. Sow your seeds directly onto a moistened growing medium.
2. Lightly mist the seeds with water.
3. Place the seeded tray into a second tray without drainage holes. This will allow you to bottom water the tray
4. Cover with another tray on top to stop light getting in. Then place a weight inside to encourage the roots to grow down and to help the seeds make good contact with the growing medium.
5. Leave the seeds undisturbed for 2 days, there will be enough moisture in the tray for the seedlings. If more water is added, then it increases the chance of mould growing.
6. Once the seeds are pushing against the weight, remove the weight but keep them in blackout.
7. Once they’re 2cm tall, place in a well-lit location.
8. When watering the seedlings, keep using the bottom tray.
9. Harvest when the seedlings are 3-7cm tall. Cut the stems above the soil line with a knife or scissors.
